Derek Osburn Director - Derek and his wife Sharla have three daughters Aspyn, Makaidyn, and Pacyn. They live in Lubbock TX where they are involved in their local church Renew Life. Derek has 26 years of ministry experience in Local Church ministry including Student Ministry, Executive Pastor, Church planting, Lead Pastor, and 8 years experience as Executive Director of mission organizations while ministering in 16 countries around the world. He has been involved in Belize since 2004 and Costa Rica since 2017. Derek and his family love the local church and mission. Building Kingdom relationships is at the Core of who they are as Christ-Followers. They have committed their lives to serve others and look forward to what God has for their family as they connect with U.S. partners and build lasting relationships with their partners in Belize and Costa Rica.
